Wearing one’s best clothes when offering the prayer

I was recently told that when praying you have to get ready as if you were about to go out. Therefore at fajar time you have to get up comb your hair iron clothes get dressed and then pray. Can not concentrate in prayer

Shaykh, I am ruined! I cannot pray. I don't know how to solve my problem and nothing is working for me. can a person sit on floor by turning the left foot on the right in front of himself as we keep our left foot when we sit keeping legs crossed and right foot also towards the right(as indian women do) while sitting in tashahud if the person cannot sit as given in sunnah? are the women's way of sitting is same or different as compared to men's way..
