He took an oath 8 years ago that he would marry her
What if i had taken oath that I swear by Allah that I have given myself to a man to marry me and he also taken oath that he swears by Allah he will get married to me. Does it amount to any kind of obligatin on the man to marry me? I will be his second wife. He is promising me since last 8 years and finally he denied due to social constraint. Please.. More

His wife filed a false case against him after he divorced her upon her request

The conditional divorce cannot be withdrawn
One of my friends husband swore that if my friend ever ate anything that is brought by him and is not a necessity of life, the relationship between them would be over. The waiting period of an old woman after the death of her husband
assalamualaikum, needed a clarification regarding the iddah period (after death). according certain scholars, it seems iddah period is only for younger women and not for older women. is that right? is the iddah period for younger women not to get married in that period? and the period for older women is not prescribed for 4months 10days? is there..
