Divorce Matter:
salam with kind respect i belong to deoband firqa i have done nikkah not rukhsati yet due to financial clahses one day we were in very deep discussion and i say to my wife that i am in full sense after this i stop my words and i didnt use the word divorce and my thought was also not to do that so please my nikkah is valid or not

Uttering the metaphors of divorce with the intention to divorce in the future
As salaam alay kum,
I need clarification about the ruling on implied divorce and the role of intention.
I have read in your fatwas that the implied divorce takes effect if there is intention to divorce when the implied statement is made (such as "leave me" or "get out of my life" etc).

In divorce, it is the husband's statement that should be taken into account
once i am talking with my wife on a mobile phone. during talk due to some harsh behaviour of my wife i said " i gave you 1 talak"
she disconect the phone.
i have no wittnes.
my in laws said that you gave her 3 talak ,coz if she did not disconect the phone you may be say this 3 times.

Some issues about divorce and 'Eelaa'
I have two questions related to Divorce:
1. The Hanafi school's opinion is that if a divorce is executed via an indirect or implied statement then the nikkah terminates immediately even if this is the first or second divorce.
